Hullám Street Public Beach is wedged between Őz Street Public Beach and Balatonfenyves-alsó Public Beach, where the two neighboring villages meet.
It isn’t too big, but it’s a great choice for families with little ones: sprawled along the two sides of a concrete path, the beach has a few bathrooms, a neat playground, and a food stand for when you’re feeling famished.
This beach is even shallower than the average South Balaton beach, so if you want to swim here, you’ll have to walk quite a bit to reach deeper waters.
Tip: Since the beaches of Balatonmáriafürdő have recently become extremely muddy, and it hasn’t been announced when the venue is expected to be restored to its original state, we recommend that you pick a different beach for the time being. Take a look around the beach here!
