The largest beach of Balatonszepezd, the Central Beach is located in the center of the town. This also means that if you come by train, you can get there by only few minutes’ walk.
The renovated public beach has a playground, pedal boats for rent, sports fields, two buffets and two restaurants, as well. One of these is Konyha-Kert at the entrance. Children can splash around in a separate section or play in the sandbox under the shade.
Those who arrive by car don’t have to worry about the parking fees, as this service is free here. Every year, visitors can enter various sports competitions at the beach, organized by the program series Mozdulj Balaton.
