Located in the Jutas quarter of Veszprém, this 6 metre observation tower was named after a son of Chieftain Árpád.
The layout of the tower is based on the Fibonacci sequence: the mathematical model describes the natural phenomenon of growth – the design of snail’s shells and even the Milky Way follow the exact same pattern.
The tower has an exceptional view of the hills of Bakony, Aranyos Valley, and the town of Veszprém. Next to the tower, you can find a running track, a study trail, and several benches, which make the area a perfect spot for exercise or a weekend stroll.
Tip: The lookout tower is on the north side of town, on the right bank of the creek Séd. It's visible from the train station's parking lot and it's easily accessible by car.
