Starting from 2018, Zoltán Máté and Imre Máté – the owners of FrissHal Ltd. – manage the more than 60 years old fish grill in Balatonlelle along with Gyula Krecskó – previously it was operated by the fishing association.
Although there’s a new owner, the quality and the freshness are still impeccable. It’s worth to stop by here if you’re spending time at Napfény Beach, as it’s a lot better than any of the meals they offer at the beach, and the price is also fair.
No wonder many people come here from other places around Lake Balaton: besides classic courses like various fish soups, catfish stew, zander fillets, and more, here they also make catfish gyro and carp greaves.
