Those who wish to know more about the forest of Bakony should definitely visit Pintérhegyi Study Trail, where, besides getting acquainted with the area’s flora and fauna, you can learn historic and geological facts as well.
On top of the 17 stations of the trail, the forest park also has a ski and sled track, playground, open-air gym, fire pits, and a fountain of “youth”. You can find the study trail on the northern side of the road between Zirc and Porva, and it can also be reached through Erdőalja utca.
