Ben (27) trained at some of the world’s finest Michelin starred restaurants including the New York’s 3* Per Se, 3* Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, and 1* Restaurant 28+ in Gothenburg, Sweden.

In late 2012 Ben completed a sell out residency at John Salt in London making a huge splash on the London dining scene; repeating the 9/10 review in the Independent newspaper from the previous year.

Early in 2013, Ben decided to work for himself, setting up Creative Belly Limited which takes the excitement and theatricality; for which Ben’s food is renowned and uses it to breathe new life into creative events and catering.

Those who are unable to make it to Csopak, should try and book a place at the Budapest dinners of the star chef, which will be held on 27 and 28 June.
