The founder of Liliomkert Market, Ildikó Harmathy recently reopened one of the cosiest coffee houses in the Balaton Uplands, right next to Első Magyar Látványtár. Kávéház a Vörös Lóhoz (which means Coffee House to the Red Horse in Hungarian) is also a restaurant, a delicatessen and a community space, not to mention that it has the most romantic terrace of the area.
The courses are simple and homely, made with ingredients that come from the market. They also have homemade syrups, while the pantry is full with local products available for purchase.
The café is a community space with various events and themed fairs throughout the year. During the biggest gatherings they even bake bread in the garden oven.
