Zamárdi’s marina, right next to the Public Beach, has little commercial traffic. The closeness of the beach indicates that the water here isn’t very deep, which means that only lighter boats can moor in the marina. A total of 47 berths are lined up along the shore and at the western pier; the latter also has a small boat slipway.

Unfortunately the area of the marina doesn’t have any landmarks to help you getting around, just the striped pillars of the marina at its entrance. Although a refurbishment has been planned for years, the starting date is still not set in stone.

Tip: The marina actually has a great location, with Sarok Buffet, the local outdoor cinema, the iconic Heart of Balaton memorial and the local Tourinform office being just past the beach.
